I'm a 46 year old male who has trained by myself for the last 10 years.
Over the last couple I fell into a bit of a rot and with bad eating and not varying my training, this resulted in weight gain and not getting the results I wanted .
About 6 months ago I decided I need a change and started to train with Nathan.
I have been doing one personal session a week with Nathan and working to his tailored program the rest of the week.
I have lost 6 kg and gained a lot of lean muscle.
My overall fitness has increased and I'm feeling the best I have in years.
What I've enjoyed is Nathan keeps the program's changing and challenging.
If you want tailored personal results for all fitness levels, I reconvened Nathan.
Training with Nathan has changed my attitude to fitness and the way I approach my wellbeing. Each gym session gets me closer to my goal and if I do miss a session or slip up with my eating I move on and get back to it. This attitude change, I have Nathan to thank for. It is much healthier approach for me and helps me avoid getting stuck in bad ways as I have in the past, essentially stress-eating punishing myself. Since joining Fitness Local I have lost a total of 13kgs, 5 of those with Nathan. He is a great trainer, fitness role model, a nice bloke and is a credit to Fitness-Local.

My biggest struggle was trying to eat healthy instead of junk food and I tried to stay fit but didn't have motivation.

Training with nick has been awesome.

My name is Katy McEwen and I have been training with Nicholas for a year. Nicholas has definitely helped me to increase my general fitness, as well as focusing on a targeted strength program to improve my posture and help alleviate my back pain. My biggest struggle before training was self-discipline - both in exercising regularly and eating well. As mum of two little ones and studying and working part time, looking after myself was put down the bottom of my to-do-list.
Before training with Scott I was tired a lot. My self-image was low as well and people kept asking me if I was pregnant. I wasn't - but I knew they were asking because I was carrying so much extra weight in my tummy area and I needed to do something about it.
